The St. Croix River Crossing has taken another step forward with Oak Park Heights City Council accepting a Minnesota state plan to rebuild the Highway 36 corridor. I commend the City Council members who voted for this measure and applaud their commitment to this project. I am pleased that another hurdle to construction on this vital transportation link has been cleared.
